We had booked this room 2 weeks in advance and upon arriving called ahead to make sure the room was the way we wanted. We spoke with Ciara and she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect! This is a great place to stay if your visiting Knoxville and all the employees did a great job; however Ciara for sure deserves our recognition for going out of her way to make sure it was perfect!
Uplifting welcome for a weary traveler
I had been driving for 4 hours for the second day in a row and not feeling well. I was greeted at the front desk by Vickie. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and made me feel like family. The valet staff was awesome as well. I will definitely stay here again when in the area
Business Trip Done Right!
I was traveling for business and work brought me to Knoxville. This hotel is conveniently located downtown. It is always fun to be on a college campus, and there are yummy restaurants located in Market Square about a mile down the road! Breakfast did cost money, but everyone was very welcoming, especially the valet assistant Vince (Vincent) who was SO WONDERFUL. Kind, thoughtful, and made me feel right at home!
